The booklet is designed after a 1972 press release document "Singapore: Global City" which this work departs from. The result is a generally ubiquitous-looking booklet that attempts a physical approximation of the original document that is only digitally accessible today. This positions both the contents and design as a kind of "mandatory update" to Singapore's current condition since 1972.
Designed as a parallel edition to The Sea is all Highway, a longer essay version of the same research.
